There are indeed still a few issues with the new mobile application, but the following link works properly from a computer :

Regarding the retroactive feature, the team in charge of the app confirmed that it was available 6 months after the stay. I'll ask them if there is a problem with this feature.
In the meantime, here are some more information on the "guest" status: you get the guest status when you are the client who has made the bigger number of check-ins in one hotel.
