Many of your points are valid. I am 197 and SAS does not have alot of leg-room, but still better than is the case on many competing TATL services. While the cabins are worn - I actually do find the seats quite comfortable.
IFE and meal service is a joke though. Only one choice - and often ineddible and poorly presented.
