He posted at 1450Z and referred to 30 minutes ago, ie about 1420Z. That would have been 2220L in Hong Kong. So perhaps he saw the aircraft operating tonight's BA28 being towed to the gate? That departed on schedule at 2345L, so having about 1½ hours on stand before departure would be plausible.
