The hotel has a great location and staff and overall is a great place to stay. They do need to get a handle on the lounge.

I scrolled up to read your anecdote and fully agree with you! Given the location next to the bar/cafe, the open door would be tempting to anybody wandering by, let alone somebody guesting in a crowd.
