Am disappointed that the director of rooms tells me she has a water fluctuation problem herself at home and this is "normal" in Korea. NO. This hotel shower should sing and dance for a 5 star hotel. It isn't asking much that it do temperatures according to the gauge and their engineers should engineer a solution.
