I was able to get in touch with Area Manager via e-mail and he replied promptly. He stated my reservation could have dropped off from their system. He was a bit vague, but he stated I wouldn't be charged for the rental because of it.
I wasn't looking for a free rental out of this. I just wanted a receipt so I can submit my expense to my company for reimbursement. I hope this is the end of this and I don't get charged down the line for this. Thanks again to everyone who provided suggestions.
