That's a mix of both MIFARE and Felica systems which, theoretically should be backwards compatible with NFC, as is with the case of that Suica app working with an NFC smartphone/tablet.
As an example, this is how it shows up using that Suica Reader app on my Google Nexus 7 (actually the Suica has to go behind the Nexus 7 tablet as the NFC chip is on the back of the tablet)
Made some progress today. I can read some basic info off the cards I have. But hit a wall, none of my Nexus's 4,5,7 support Mifare classic cards. So I've gotten as far as possible with the TAP card. The Oyster card on the other hand is fully readable but Android does not have an EZ to use API for it.
