There is a GE lane (at least in Terminal C) that hugs the little waist high partition thing. Which I haven't really had to wait for them to take 1-2 people from the regular line and then take my paper and let me through.
A few weeks ago it was actually pretty busy (about 3 people in the GE line) and I walked in behind this woman. Waited for about 1 min and then she goes up and the man says you aren't GE you have to go to the other line...in that minute or so the regular line seriously increased by about 15-20 feet in length of people and the woman was pissed. She tried to get get into the middle of the line but as I was walking past the CBP agent I heard someone saying "TO THE BACK OF THE LINE MA'AM!"
