Of course you do. Many of us might also be inclined to do so, but you're at risk of alienating us.

You came into this scrap with gpapadop with some huge advantages:

* You've established yourself over several years as someone we listen to and expect sense from.
* You have a stack of experience (and actual data) on the stuff being argued about.
