Fair comment, but I guess the reality is that Emirates have in fairness been busy adding to/refurbishing their dedicated network of lounges around the world in order of priority as they themselves see fit ; and that priority will be determined more by the level of premium traffic on any particular route(s) rather than pure frequency.
That said, it's a fine balance. One could argue that premium bookings out of a station such as DUB are currently being lost partly because of the absence of a quality lounge product.
I could understand of course with only one flight per day , now there is two I hope EK will address the problem or at least get to share a better Lounge.
