Stayed here recently. Exceptionally friendly front desk, earlier check-in, all Platinum options well explained, upgraded to superior (?) room but not suite.
Took breakfast as plat. benefit, which was excellent (fresh juice brought to the table together with coffee/tea). Afterwards a nice early walk to the nearby Lake Zürich. Also the concert hall (Tonhalle) is very close to the hotel, it's only a few blocks away.
The room was fine (I liked the Nespresso machine). My only issue: I found the rooms very poorly sound-proofed. I often heard noise from the corridor (people entering and exiting their rooms) and even from inside other rooms. Perhaps I was a bit unlucky since there was apparently a large family on my floor, staying in multiple rooms and going back and force between them.
