Owen - thank you for sharing your experience and photos. Economy Class trip reports are rare on FlyerTalk and I would encourage you to submit your next trip and perhaps keep in mind a few ideas (potentially coming off as hypocrisy as I don't write TRs - no photography skills and somewhat cautious about sharing too much detail which would make it less interesting to others):

- Share more background (why were you traveling? why United? Was it a good fare? I hope so given that DL and EI fly much nicer planes on this route with AA probably being the worst with its now seasonal service on B752s with no seatback IFE)
- List the plane type (I think you were on a Boeing 757)
- Show a photo of your seat and describe its comfort (were you in Economy Plus or regular Economy)
- Take pictures of the food and comment on its quality (you did so for dinner)
- Talk about the IFE - what was the selection like?

Otherwise, this was a good TR. It's a shame the flight attendants were so rude.
