I suppose with 2 flights now daily ( from Sept) they will need their own lounge due t the increase in passenger numbers . To be honest for a 5* airline and with F and J class on both flights I would have thought it was important to have a great lounge to its premium clients. I know Ethiad were very quick to have such a lounge ( I have not been in same as yet)
Its small but good. comfortable; a la carte dining and a nice bar. combined with Murrays Car service it works very well. Its the little tings like sending the same driver most times to build a rapport and when something goes wrong (when AUH closed and flights were delayed) the lounge staff were great. Almost anything went in terms of menu if they had the ingredients they would cook it for you. ^. Now the DAA lounge T2 hmm not a disaster but really chalk and cheese
