FAs probably get lunked with the "dealing with unruly jerk" duty a bit more often than a waiter but far less often than, say, a nurse.
If you work at department store, or are waiter, it is not your job to deal with unruly customers. It is perhaps the manager's or owner's responsibility. Even then, All you have to do is tell that customer to leave, and they must comply or they are trespassing. On an airplane it's a different situation. It's a bit more difficult to ask them to leave. (or divert to remove them)
