They do help me organize better. I personally use the 2 sided ones. One side is sealed as its meant for wet/dry. I move the clothes over to the sealed side when they are dirty. This way no rearranging of the bag needed as the days go by. Also seals in the dirty clothes smell. I too pack for 2 week trip in my 22in roller but i'm a guy
