That's where it will hit the hardest I imagine.

It affects me personaly, since I like to use my SEN card for exit row booking, and UA card for milage accural - might kick me out of the seat on the return. Don't know if LH hopes I'll take 50% M&M over 200% MP, but I havn't even utilised this benefit this year, so I'm not terribly inclined to obey.

But they have a choice and awarness of the changes. That is clearly not the top customer in LH eyes.
