I do believe that there are around 2% of LH customers that contribute the majority of the net income when speaking about the passenger business, in which case depending on how many of the 0.5% are in the 2% it could be certainly worth the time and effort.
Put another way- out of the 100 million passengers flying with Lufthansa each year- what % of those are contributing the majority of revenue? Playing with statistics on the level of "it's only 0.5%" can be quite troublesome to the income statement.
