I have been using USB Visa GC with the purple present on them to load into Serve at WM. One of the pains I have is that the pin for the card is on a piece of paper inside of the GC packaging. So I need to keep track of which piece of paper goes with which card when buying more than 1 gc at a time. Are there other GC's that I should try that allow you to set the pin or is there an easy way to manage this?
Also do you always use CB sites to buy your GC or are you ok with eating the .6-1.4% per point/mile?
