Original question was for Michigan>Hawaii and now seems to be West Coast>Hawaii, so I'm not sure this answer will be appropriate but . . .

As far as the 763 from DFW>OGG or DFW>HNL, I've never seen it as a MileSAAver in F. Every time I've ever flow those routes it has either been a paid F fare or an AAnytime award.
