Only ones I can think of are Taco Bell (they used to be here) and Denny's.
Denny's used to be in Singapore. If I recall correctly, Orchard Plaza and maybe Holland Village.
I'd like to see Five Guys and Shake Shack although there has been a recent expansion of Japanese fast casual dining
