I found it pretty easy to navigate once I got there at the airport. Didn't follow any travel book advice, just followed the signs and made sure they used the meter.

Edit: actually now that I recall, we had a loser driver who tried to rip us off. We picked him up from the Sheraton in the way back to the airport. So who knows.
