It confusing because I was told V4 is "VIP" but V5 calls itself the VIP lounge.

I have previously visited V5 on a business class ticket, but this time I travelled First class, so hoped I might make it to V4.
The dragon did at least inspect my ticket closely so I was not dismissed outright on nationality basis (I am white).
I had no lounge pass - next time I will try and score one from the check-in chick.

so, how to get on the magic list?
C-trip dodnt offer me the option, so I assume I need a special Government travel agent to book my ticket and they will arrange my lounge status.
Or is there and ID card I can show at check-in?
