Called today with the Annual fee set to bill tomorrow, told the agent I wanted to take them up on the 1/2 offer, she sent to me to an Account Service person who said she was told I was calling about the annual fee on the account that is set to bill tomorrow and that she has gone ahead and waived the entire $59 fee.
