The $99 price for WorldMate Gold is the old WorldMate subscription fee which was available for Blackberry devices.
The new WorldMate subscription is purchases in the App Store or in-app for Android users and the fee is $9.99/year. We sometimes have price drops during which the price changes, like when "Shak51" bought it.
