Definitely a learning curve with Office 2007/2010 if going from Office 2003. However, once I got used to it, I appreciated many of the new features and can find my way around really easily. It is a little annoying that the ribbon takes up so much real estate, and collapsing it for everyday use is also annoying (works fine when sharing my screen in most instances, though).
