I just used the ANA tool to help me find and book an award flight to Singapore. The flight on ANA was indeed the one quoted by the agent, though she also suggested another alternative with TG that didn't show up on ANA.

Anyway, very happy with this booking, a C ticket BRU-SIN. Called the Greek number, after selecting Mile&Bonus in the menu and entering my M&B number I got connected almost immediately to a friendly lady who spoke excellent English. She was very efficient in coming up with the requested route (BRU-CPH on SN, CPH-SIN on SQ), had time for a little joke and quoted me the expected €267. The whole phone call took only 7 minutes! ^^

I'm currently also trying to book an award seat via TK, a far less pleasant experience!
