I booked CE when I was told I would get 34" seat pitch. If I don't get 34" seat pitch, I am not receiving (all of) the product I paid for. I am therefore entitled to some form of restitution for this....is the argument I would make if I could be bothered. Instead, I'll just avoid CE in future.
