Same here, only 1 of my 4 was totally new to RN. Of the other three, one I deleted manually from another program, waited a few days, then registered at AS Dining, while the other two I simply registered at AS Dining and let them be auto-deleted from whatever other program they had been registered in.
I also "reviewed" one dine per card, just in case that helps.

(It's annoying that this offer never showed up in the Bonuses tab, because there have been offers in the past where the T&Cs in the Bonuses tab were a bit different than what was in the email.)
