Umm... I think SeatGuru is wrong. I don't think either of the exit rows protrude into the seat. Your armrest will be on the door, which some people find awkward, and your seat won't recline... but you should have a good bit of extra legroom. I find the exit row seat cushions on those birds quite uncomfortable... well really I hate everything about that plane...
