I'm hoping that things will get better once the kinks are worked out, but I have only GFIs and have not been able to redeem them since the program changed.

ALSO, I just left the MUSE in New York and Ivana, Samantha and Cheryl have all left. Ivana had been there for 10 years. Someone else told me that they've had more turnover in the last few months than in the past 7 years. Obviously this (program changes plus increased turnover) may be a coincidence, but it is difficult to not draw conclusions. The low turnover was one of the indicators (to me at least) that Kimpton must be/have been a pretty good place to work.
