For work, I have a work-issued BB. It does the job well as a work horse and they like the security features. For home, I've got a Samsung S4 because it's more of a toy (same argument for iPhone).

Sure. Mixing them up and, as others have said, being able to try out a new phone at the employer's expense. (Kind of like flying J for biz.)
