Just a small observation, doesn't a travel website lose millions of rupees if down for a day ? I mean what potentially can be the reason for the website to be down almost half a day ??
Atleast people who really did want to book sale or not and they directly go to
www.airindia.in they would have already bought other airlines' tickets ?
AI management won't care as they have unlimited access to taxpayer funds. The taxpayer will bail them out everytime.
