Could you please guide me here.... Have been calling AA Advantage desk multiple times for the past 2 weeks for travel from MAA to DFW through AA Award Travel.

While reseraching online is when I stumbled upon KVS and I cannot call myself a frequent flyer not knowing about KVS. I registered for Diamond level and Awards/Oneworld search is not working for me. I registered for QF FF and saved the details with pin in KVS tool.

But even after adding QF FF info, the tool is again directing me to "The requested method required QF FF Membership Credentials"

I am using Version 7.4.2

Any guidance, appreciated.
