I like not being under contract and hate carrier bloatware, so I stick with the Google Nexus line on pre-paid T-Mobile for my personal phone. Work assigned me an iPhone 4 when I started, and later upgraded to the 5. I wish they had told me that they would also provide an Android (Galaxy S series I think), but I never got that memo. It is nice that since I have both an Android and iOS device, I can say with conviction that Android is better.
I would not want two of the exact same model - too easy to mix them up. I ignore the work phone on the weekend, so having two physically different phones lets me grab the right one. I guess a different colored case would accomplish the same thing.
