Selçuk gets my vote. Depends what you want. Kusadasi is touristy and sees lots of cruise ship tourists, and seems more western. Selcuk more authentically Turkish, IMO. Also has St. John's cathedral and the underwhelming temple of Artemis. Also much closer to efes. Your itinerary sounds rushed, but I tend to travel the same way.
