Any reason NOT to combine Chase Freedom cards?

I have 2 Chase Freedom accounts. My first credit card (Opened 2007) and my 2nd credit card (Opened 2008)

The 2007 card has a $1,500 credit limit and 19.9% APR and has the EMV

The 2008 card has $15,500 and 13.1% APR and doesn't have EMV

Now that they're both Visas... there's no difference between the two, so I was thinking of combining them. I assume I'll get a chipped card for the 2008 card and it has a lower APR (I don't carry balances, but it would be nice "just in case"). Any real negative in closing one of the cards and transferring the funds over to the other?

I assume I'll move my 60k+ of UR points to the active account beforehand so I don't lose them.
