Nothing new here. Unfortunately for you, this is clear in the T&C of the program and this rule is not unique to le Club Accor. You will find plenty of threads and posts in this forum about this. Sometimes, some members have reported on this forum that they were able to receive program benefits after having booked via a 3rd party, but those are exceptions and the rule is no points and no benefits.
the rules are the same everywhere
the only exception is when FD staff doesn't follow the rules in one way or the other
if you're unlucky, you don't get your soft benefits when you are rightfully entitled to
and when you're lucky, you get soft benefit when you are not supposed to
if staff was better trained everywhere, less people would be disappointed and would be recognized for their earned status
and if people are willing to spend some time reading T&C of what they signed up for, they would be less disappointed by not getting they expect to get while they are not entitled to
