Nothing new here. Unfortunately for you, this is clear in the T&C of the program and this rule is not unique to le Club Accor. You will find plenty of threads and posts in this forum about this. Sometimes, some members have reported on this forum that they were able to receive program benefits after having booked via a 3rd party, but those are exceptions and the rule is no points and no benefits.
