Quick note, was at HG Taipei 2 weeks ago in between trips around the island and had a great stay... will add some photos and mini trip report this weekend.

Spoke to some of the GC attendants and they indicated that beginning early Sept the Grand Club will close for about 4-6 weeks for renovations. It seems that there are some issues with the club that they will address. I noticed several (low chairs, no wall outlets, difficult work flow for attendants, etc) which they said will be addressed. Not sure where it will be relocated for the renovation period.
