Hyatt Regency is a great value, especially for Diamond members. If you need nights for the challenge, it would be a good place to do that. At the very least, you should get an upgrade and club access. It's also a very good property to use a Diamond Suite Upgrade (DSU) if you have any of those in your account.

I cannot think of any better value in a Tokyo hotel than a suite upgrade at HRT.
