It just makes more sense for Europeans to earn M&M Miles rather than UA miles. Put differently: I see no upside in earning UA miles rather than M&M miles, that's why I started this thread.
I'm European, and I very much prefer to earn UA miles then LH Worldshop coupons, even after this years UA devaluation.
Thats why I said, might have been a blessing in disguise.
