I miss the Cattier Clos de Moulin most. BA bought that entire vintage mix. There really aren't that many proper "clos" (historically walled off single vineyard), and the fellows who make it are smart enough not to waste it on conspicuous consumers - Cattier make "Ace of Spades" (although JayZ owns most of the economics), and for that they use a souped up version of the their £20 NV (also packaged in cheap gold foil, that's how Jay-Z's guys found them). No Clos de Moulin juice is wasted on Ace of Spades (unlike Cristal where Roederer really do put their best stuff in)
