Ah the Rocket service, of course you could never guarantee which fizz they would have onboard that day as they were chosen from a wide selection in the Concorde Cellar. All on the list were pretty stellar though.

The Concorde Cellar still exists. Following a little Gayla at Waterside I left with a present of two bottles of red from said cellar. The Gevry Chambertain is still drinking well.
