For the past 36 hours I've not been able to use the Awards/OneWorld method. The text of the error varies, sometimes just text scraped from whatever the Qantas site provides, sometimes a data source error about traveler ID. I'm able to access my Qantas account with the credentials just fine.
Also cannot use the BA-OneWorld method - it keeps telling me I need to input my BA credentials which are already populated and this has worked in the past successfully. It's insisting on the 6-20 character password. But for the longest time it's been my membership number and my PIN. I know I can't log into the BA site unless I use my membership # and PIN, or my username and password. I can't mix and match.
