dc_traveler, We had some technical issues recently that affected our Reservations Desk, but things should be back to normal now. We do apologize for the trouble you've had trouble getting through. And as far as reward nights - yes - we've seen unprecedented demand recently which has meant that booking rewards in some cities has been more challenging lately. Thanks for bearing with us.
