Alright, so I just did JFK-SEA on Friday and there were no Bose headsets or Galaxy tablets….just the overhead screens everyone watches. I am flying SEA-JFK tomorrow and can report back…..but is this a new DD (Dougie Downgrade) enhancement or was I just unlucky? The crew were amazing BTW….and no red converse shoes to report

I should add that there were pillows and duvets which made a big difference with that 738 F seat for 6 hours.
