Just called to cancel SPG personal. No offer. Not surprised as I rarely use it. Rep thanked me for being a customer since 1998 and did ask why I was cancelling. I recently got the SPG biz and dont need both AFs. I wasn't really looking for an offer as my unstated goal was to make some headroom for another Amex app next month. I currently have 4 Amex credit cards (now 3) which seems to be the most common limit. I may cancel 1 other that I never use (bluesky) but I don't have it with me so that'll have to wait until after I get home.
