Which mileage accrual chart is accurate: flight operator or rewards program airline?

I'm a United MileagePlus member with Premier Silver status. I booked a flight directly with and operated by Lufthansa but using my United rewards number. Which airline's fare class chart for mileage accrual would apply to this?

More details: The flight is DC to Florence via Frankfurt. The first two legs are class T, the return two legs are class V.

Lufthansa's charts say T class transatlantic is only 25% of full miles and V class transatlantic is 50% of full miles, while the two flights within Europe are at flat rates of 125 miles (T class) and 750 miles (V class).

However United's rate for Lufthansa travel is much better: 100% for the transatlantic T class, 100% for both of the V class legs and 0% for the in-Europe T class. Plus, I think, a 25% mileage bonus on all because of my Silver status.

Really hoping that because I'm using my MileagePlus number it's the United rates that are correct: anybody know? Thanks!
