No hard list, but I've had big enough rooms in IC Frankfurt to take two roll-away beds. Last time with the family (three of us in total) we had a corner room overlooking the river and a roll-away bed for Miss aidanc.
In IC Berlin, they opened out the sofa as a roll-away bed, and it ate up most of the "living space".
Picking the hotel, and then giving them a call works - very few of the hotel websites work well with 2+1, and I don't even want try 2+2. Last few times, I book a room for two adults, and call up to add a child. (Didn't work out so well earlier this year at the Radisson Blu in HAM
