This happens occasionally (usually the other way around, ie to your detriment). I would keep quiet, and if the points are still there in a few weeks then you're probably safe. You say it pushes you to Gold...if this was a few weeks ago, your status should be showing on the website. Is it? If not, then how many more points to you need and how much is left in your membership year?
